Wie es in einer Welt, die von Zombie regiert wird, der Fall ist, dauert es natürlich nicht lange, bis sich die erwähnten Figuren in einer lebensgefährlichen Lage befinden.

Sowohl Eugene als auch Denise haben bereits in der Vergangenheit bewiesen, dass sie durchaus Talente besitzen, selbst wenn diese nicht direkt auf dem Schlachtfeld zum Einsatz kommen.

Nun zwingt die Serie ihnen allerdings wieder eine engstirnige Sichtweise auf und besteht darauf, dass lediglich der Kampf mit den Untoten eine gewisse Existenzberechtigung legitimiert.

Das Schlimme dabei ist: Eugene und Denise können nicht einfach nur überfordert mit der Situation sein. Nein, sie müssen ihre vermeintlichen "Schwächen" gleich noch mit wirklich dummen Entscheidungen untermauern und spätestens ab diesem Punkt verfällt Twice as Far in ein redundantes Muster, das die bisherige Staffel in ihrer Gesamtheit kaum um eine Facette bereichern kann.
